position:
POSITION: TRANSLATOR/ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATION
AND EXPERIENCE
- Turkish national
- University degree
in English literature from a reputable University
- Additional
qualification related to Administration will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge
of Turkish and English and ability to translate to and from both languages
- Excellent computer
skills
- Minimum of one year
experience in a reputable organization working as a translator.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The employee will be responsible for:
- Translation of all necessary documents,
- Attend meetings as a translator when necessary,
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned,
- Respond to phone calls and written inquiries by investigating and /or
researching issues
- Public Diplomacy( PR, Web Site, Social media),
- Assist in Public relations,
- Communication with Turkish and foreign public and private
institutions,
- Assist on protocol issues
- E-visa applicants
- Assist in the procurement process ( PDU),
- Providing consular support to Consular Officer,
- Performing protocol and VIP arrangements,
- Exhibiton and events coordinator,
- Assist in the supervision of the local staff,
- Supervision of customer service counters,
- Perform duties and assignments as directed.
SALARY : Attractive salary package
AGE : Maximum of 30 years
